Boozt is a leading and fast-growing technology company that sells fashion online. The group generated net sales of SEK 3.4 billion in 2019. With the upcoming expansion, capacity will be increased in a first step with an additional 130.000 bin locations, 50.000 bins and 30 robots.
When the expansion is completed, they will continue to have the largest AutoStore facility in the world, with 500.000 bins and 500 robots.
– We are very pleased to continue our automation and development with Element Logic and AutoStore. During the expansion phase, we still have 99.7% uptime – and 90% of deliveries reach the customer within 1-2 days after ordering, says CSCO at Boozt, Lars Lindgaard.
Intensive cooperation
Since the partnership between Boozt and Element Logic started in 2017, the collaboration between the companies has developed and deepened more and more. The expansion that will now be delivered means the start of Phase 4, that is, module 4 of the world’s largest AutoStore will now begin.
As e-commerce grows, the solutions from AutoStore and Element Logic have helped generate both precision, speed-to-market and productivity gains. Element Logic’s focus is to deliver profitable inventory solutions for its customers – often on hard-pressed schedules.
– The world’s largest AutoStore installation is still the world’s largest. E-commerce continues to grow at a rapid rate and Boozt is definitely at the forefront with a high degree of day-to-day deliveries. The flexibility, scalability and efficiency that characterise AutoStore will give Boozt a continued superior competitive advantage in the market going forward, says Thomas Karlsson, CEO of Element Logic Sweden.
