Despite the challenges of a year filled with global uncertainties, our dedicated team members have voiced their satisfaction and pride.
We are thrilled to announce that Element Logic has been recognised once again by Great Place to Work, this time extending our certification to eight countries: Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, United Kingdom, USA, Colombia, and newcomer Czech Republic. This achievement, surpassing our previous year’s accomplishment, is a testament to our commitment to fostering a nurturing and joyful work environment for all our employees.
Great Place to Work is a worldwide employee survey measuring employee satisfaction. Credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and community are the five dimensions that are measured. For a workplace to participate in the survey, it must have a minimum of ten employees and requires a Trust Index score of 70% to be certified.
“I take immense pride in our accomplishments this year, especially considering the challenging global circumstances. Element Logic stands as a secure and fulfilling workplace, a fact highlighted by our achievement of the Great Place to Work certification in multiple countries”, says Group CEO in Element Logic, Dag-Adler Blakseth.
“Although the results are certainly cause for celebration, our focus remains on continuous improvement, leveraging these insights to further enhance our workplace. The essence of this survey is to gather valuable employee feedback, using it as a stepping stone for annual progress and development”, Blakseth adds.
Jeremy Clouston-Jones, Managing Director, Element Logic UK says: “I feel incredibly proud as we celebrate receiving the Great Place to Work award for the third year in a row. At Element Logic, we value and cultivate a workplace culture where each team member is empowered and feels genuinely appreciated.”
CEO of Great Place to Work Norway, Jannik Krohn Falck is impressed by the high score of Element Logic`s work environment – especially given their expansion to new regions.
“Element Logic has succeeded in sustaining a good and efficient culture while extending to new regions and countries. This is a solid achievement, especially in the challenging international environment. All levels of management and employees know that culture is crucial to success, and they continue to work in new and better ways to meet the needs of the future”, says Falck.
Element Logic has experienced significant growth over the years and are now operate worldwide, with over 900 employees. The outcomes of the survey are not a matter of chance; rather, a testament to the hard work and dedication exhibited by the people, according to CEO in Element Logic, Dag-Adler Blakseth:
“Over the past few years, we have experienced significant growth in our company. This often brings its own set of challenges, including the difficulty of maintaining a consistent culture in a growing company. Keeping this in mind, I am extremely proud of each team member, not only for their passion and dedication to their work but also for their invaluable contributions in establishing Element Logic as a Great Place to Work. This will be key in our ongoing efforts to aim high and achieve success in the future”, Blakseth says.
